A full and robust democracy depends on the equal participation of women. The Women’s Democracy Network is an initiative of the International Republican Institute to empower women from around the world to public, political and economic life.

The Women’s Democracy Network will: connect aspiring and accomplished women leaders within regions and across regions; create a framework for sharing ideas and experiences, including mentor programs; provide training and resource materials; and encourage the formation and expansion of regional networks.
